Sahana Sriranganathan

Sahana Sriranganathan is a Senior Paralegal at Kensington.

In her role, Sahana supports corporate legal and compliance matters, including legal entity management, corporate governance, and transactional due diligence. She brings extensive experience across the energy, telecommunications, and financial services sectors, with a strong background in corporate legal operations and regulatory compliance. Sahana has held positions at Cordelio Power, Bell, and Hyundai Capital Canada, where she supported mergers and acquisitions, managed litigation and commercial matters, as well as assisted with contract and governance processes. She also served as a Paralegal Program Instructor at triOS College, mentoring and educating future legal professionals.

Sahana holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice and Strategic Management from Boston University and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from the University of Ottawa, and is a licensed paralegal with the Law Society of Ontario (LSO).
