Jacob Hellas

Jacob is an Associate on Kensington’s Private Equity team. He joined the firm in 2026 and is based in Toronto.

Prior to Kensington, Jacob was a Manager on TD Bank’s Corporate Development team where he was responsible for evaluating and executing acquisitions, investments, divestitures, commercial agreements, and strategic initiatives across the bank’s business lines. Previously, Jacob was with Constellation Software’s Perseus Operating Group where he sourced, evaluated, and executed acquisitions of vertical market software businesses, as well as supported M&A strategy and related initiatives.

Jacob holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Finance from Ontario Tech University and has passed Levels I and II of the CFA Program.
