Hailey Hersh

Hailey Hersh is Senior Legal Counsel at Kensington.

Prior to joining Kensington, Hailey practiced law as a corporate lawyer at McCarthy Tétrault LLP, where she was a key member of the firm’s M&A and private equity groups. During her time at McCarthy Tétrault, Hailey advised Canadian, U.S. and international clients on a broad range of matters, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate reorganizations, and general corporate matters.

Hailey holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from the Faculty of Law at Western University and an Honours Business Administration (HBA) from Ivey Business School.
