Bogdan (Bo) Cenanovic

Bogdan (Bo) Cenanovic is Senior Managing Director and Head of Private Equity at Kensington Capital Partners. He leads the firm’s private equity investment activities and serves on Kensington’s Executive Management Committee and investment committees.

Before joining Kensington, Bo was a Managing Director at PSG, a leading growth equity firm focused on software and technology-enabled services companies. Bo brings more than 25 years of private equity and investment experience. Prior to PSG, he spent nearly 13 years at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, where he served as Managing Director and Global Group Sector Head for Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Financial Services and Healthcare. During his tenure, he led investments across these sectors and was involved in numerous significant transactions globally. 

Earlier in his career, Bo held investment roles at TorQuest Partners and EdgeStone Capital Partners.

Bo holds an MBA and an HBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University and has earned the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
