Kensington Private Equity Direct Investment (2010) L.P.
Kensington creates a new direct investment fund each calendar year with all capital raised being committed by yearend. These Funds participate in the most attractive direct investments available across all our portfolios, frequently alongside other leading private equity fund managers within our network. Our active management is intended to ensure that risk is managed well through pre-emptive moves, and upside is captured when opportunities arise. Investors find this fund attractive because it is a low cost method of participating in a limited number of deals alongside top private equity managers. In addition, the capital gets deployed and returned faster than it would in any other private equity fund. The Kensington Direct Investment Funds do not invest in any other private equity funds.
Kensington Infrastructure Fund L.P.
Kensington believes that the opportunity set of certain types of income generating investments presents a strong portfolio opportunity. These investments include infrastructure investments, businesses associated with power generation, and other low risk, low growth, income-generating companies. Our objective is a cash-on-cash return of approximately 10% per annum distributed quarterly to investors, together with a return of capital over the life of the Fund.
Kensington Global Private Equity Fund
The Kensington Global Private Equity Fund offers individual investors a diversified portfolio of world-class private equity investments, including hard-to-access private equity funds and direct investments in private companies. Traditionally, investments in private equity have only been available to investors who could meet very high minimum investment thresholds. The Kensington Global Private Equity Fund was established to make these investment opportunities available to the broader investing public.
